    News for Meakin estate leaseholders

    June 16, 2016
    0

Following on from the public meeting with leaseholders held on the Meakin estate on May 31st, the estimated service charges for the renewal of the district heating on the estate this year have been revised so that the estimated cost of the internal works (new radiators and pipework) takes into account the number of bedrooms in each flat. This is a fairer way of apportioning costs but it will mean that leaseholders who have larger flats will have to pay a little more.
