Are you a Homeowner/Leaseholder on a JMB estate?
Do you want to have a voice in how your home and estate is managed?
The recently formed Homeowners/Leaseholders Sub-Group looks into specific agendas that affect you as a homeowner and will play a leading role in helping the JMB shape how matters effecting your home and estate are managed. Objectives are to make sure your money is spent effectively as well as to protect and enhance the value of your property and the look of your estate.
We are currently a group of 8 leaseholder volunteers sitting on the newly formed Leathermarket JMB Homeowner Subcommittee.
We are very keen to welcome leaseholders/homeowners from each and all of the JMB estates to attend the Homeowner Subcommittee meetings. This is an opportunity to:
