How to make Rent & Service Charges Payments

    Home How to make Rent & Service Charges Payments

    We are encouraging residents to continue to pay their rent and service charge payments during this time, but know that Post Offices and some pay points have shut down.

    The other ways in which you can pay your rent are:

    Over the phone or online:

    You can pay by calling Allpay on 0844 557 8321 or on Allpay website www.allpay.net.

    Via the AllPay App:

    You can download the Allpay app on your smartphone. Please call Allpay on 0844 557 8321 to obtain a 19 digit code to link the app with your rent account.

    Direct Debit:

    To set up a direct debit please contact us on 020 7450 8000, we will need to take your bank account number and sort code in order to set up the direct debit.

    Please be aware it can take up to 5 days for this to be set up.

    Once post offices and pay points reopen these payments can be cancelled and you will be able to go back to your normal method of payment.
