Resident Estate Cleaning Promise

In conjunction with the JMB Estate Cleaning Standard there is an expectation for residents – whether you are a tenant or a leaseholder or a sub-tenant – to behave responsibly and adhere to a few important housekeeping rules. Following these rules and making sure your family and visitors follow them too will increase the quality of life on our estates and improve the environment for you and your neighbours. A breach of the rules will be treated as an act of antisocial behaviour and will be dealt with accordingly.

Leathermarket JMB

Southwark's largest resident-managed housing organisation, running 1500 homes between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, Leathermarket JMB is the organisation which runs your estate, managed by the people who live in your area.

Residents are the reason we are here.
