Paint Spillage on Symington Communal Floor Covering

This is to inform Symington residents that the JMB are not ignoring the paint spillage to the floor coverings of your communal area. The spillage was by contractors of a leaseholder. We have written to the leaseholder involved and awaiting payment to rectify the damage. Work will commence once we receive payment from the leaseholder.
