We have created a new post within our Property Services department for a Technical Officer to support the Property Services Manager in the delivery of the Major Works. The successful candidate will assist in the full range of the procurement and project management tasks throughout the whole life cycle of a diverse project range to completion. A key focus of the role will be achieving high quality outcomes in on site delivery and resident satisfaction which will require integration and collaboration with the full project team to successfully achieve.
