    Parking on estates

    Due to Covid-19,  Parking enforcement on estates for Leathermarket JMB was suspended for both residents & their visitors.

    We are now rolling out parking permits in stages.  You will be notified by your Resident Officer in writing when parking permits will be introduced on your estate.  To comply with government guidelines and to make it easier for you, all resident and visitors parking permits applications will need to be completed online.

    Visitor parking permits:

    You can apply for 1 day or 3 months parking permits.

    One day parking permits costs £2.00 per day for which you will need to upload your proof of address.

    3 months parking permits costs £10 for which you will also need to upload your proof of address.

    Resident Parking Permits

    If you are a resident you will need to upload the following information:

    • V5C (2ND Page with vehicle details)
    • MOT
    • Insurance certificate

    If you are in arrears of more than one week’s rent you must have a payment plan in place to pay off these arrears before being approved.

    A member of the resident services team will contact you within 2 working days to let you know if your application has been successful.
