With 45 employees, we pride ourselves in being a close-knit team. We are looking to recruit a part time HR Assistant to support the HR Officer in a busy and varied role. As the HR Assistant, you will be supporting a broad range of HR services.
The HR Assistant will support the organisation in managing teams and individuals, responding to individual employee issues, ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently. The post-holder contributes to the development of the organisation; including, participating in policy reviews, giving input to training plans and supporting health & safety responsibilities.
