Lovell’s customer care team will not be working over the Christmas period from Friday 23 December to 3rd January. However, they have an out of hours service and will only will only go out if the defect is a genuine emergency where there is a risk to the tenant e.g. boiler broken, water leaks, electricity not working etc. If a tenant has an emergency they should call Southwark Contact Centre on 0800 952 4444 and they will report the defect to Lovell’s.
Standard/routine defects can be reported to the customer care team or emailed to NewHomes.Defects@southwark.gov.uk and these will be reported to Lovell’s customer care team on the 3rd January 2017.
