The JMB office will close to the public from 4:45 pm on Friday 23rd December 2016 and re open on Wednesday 28th December 2016 at 9am. The office will then close on Monday 2nd January 2017 but re open on the 3rd January which marks the end of the holiday period.
Services over the period will be as follows:
Telephone contact with the JMB: The office will operate an out of hours service on the main office number (207 450 8000) on the days that the office is closed over the festive season (see above). The service is for emergencies only.
Repairs: A reduced service will operate on all days between the 23rd December and 2nd January 2017. Operatives will attend to emergency issues only.
Cleaning: A reduced service will operate over the holiday period. We would ask residents to resist putting out bulky items near bin chambers during this period.
Refuse collections and re cycling: We have been advised by Southwark Council that collections will be re scheduled as follows-
