We seem to be having a few issues with the Thermostatic mixing valves getting obstructed on the new system. This is due to having to connect to the existing system which is obviously still dirty/old. IBS have this in hand and are cleaning the filters in these as they occur within the dwellings. Bear with them as we expected this sort of issue and once all the existing pipe work is renewed we will be able to carry out a final flush.
Note IBS are flushing as they go along installing but we cannot get rid of all the loose matter in the existing pipe work at present as it is being replaced in stages. Please can residents let Invicta know if they have any problems as soon as possible so that they can be resolved.
Some residents may experience fluctuations in pressure/flow rates and temperature until all the system is replaced/renewed. Once completely replaced we will then be able to carry out a final commission/balancing of the system as a whole.
