The JMB conducted a telephone survey yesterday afternoon to assess how well the communal heating and hot water service is performing. Almost all residents we contacted had heating and hot water. However, there were a few people who had the odd radiator not working. This is likely to be caused by air in the system.
If you have a problem with radiators not working please contact the JMB so we can arrange for an engineer to call on you to attend to the problem.
We will continue to monitor the heating system closely and advise you if there are any further developments.
