As we previously advised you, a replacement pump was fitted to the communal heating system late Friday afternoon. From the feedback we have received all properties now seem to have heating and hot water. If you are still experiencing problems please let us know.
Our engineers think the new pumps will hopefully provide a medium term fix until we can renew the entire system in 2016.
We will keep a careful eye on the system over the course of this week and if things remain stable we will then turn our attention to calculating rebates for residents affected by this prolonged service disruption.
