    Meakin Estate Boiler Fans
    Both boilers are still working. Following a phone survey undertaken today it would seem that, in addition to block 52-66, flat numbers 67 -78 also have hot water only. All other properties should currently have both heating and hot water.
    Although we have tried to restore heating to the properties in question, in all honesty we think that until replacement pumps are installed we may not be able to reinstate heating. The pumps should be fitted by next Wednesday, 10th December.
    If you suffer with a medical condition please contact us at the JMB to discuss the possibility of additional support. Also, please let us know if you need additional fan heaters.
