Heating/hot water update
Please accept our apologies for the ongoing issues with your heating and hot water.
Unfortunately, we encountered yet another new problem, which meant we had to renew a defective gas valve. We have completed this work and hope that all properties will have hot water later this evening.
Please let us know if you are without hot water in the morning.
We will be fitting new pumps next week and we are told this should enable us to run both heating and hot water to all properties.
We know this has been a frustrating time for residents and we would like to thank you for your patience.
