    Latest Decent Homes Contract a Success

    The Tenant satisfaction survey returns for the Simla House and Burwash House Decent Homes work, carried out by A & E Elkins Ltd., which included replacement kitchens, boilers and electrical wiring, has shown that 97.5% of tenants were satisfied overall. The criteria included the quality of the work, the attitude and cleanliness of the tradesmen and the time taken to complete the work. Whilst the survey did uncover some unfinished work, comments such as “So nice to have a lovely kitchen” , “very good quality and very happy” and “very good – all trades 10/10” indicate that the contract was a successful one. We hope to acheive the same level of satisfaction from the current contract with the same contractor, at Lockyer Estate, Hamilton Square and Cluny Estate.
