Come along and have your say on how the JMB and its services are run at Leathermarket JMB’s Annual General Meeeting at 7pm on Tuesday 29 September at the JMB Office, 26 Leathermarket Street, SE1 3UG..
This event is open to everyone who lives on a JMB estate and is a member of the JMB (if you are not sure about whether you are a member of the JMB contact the JMB office).
As a resident-managed organisation YOU are in charge of how the JMB is run and your voice counts. Come and tell us what you think of how the JMB has been run and what you think our priorities should be for the coming year.
The issues the meeting will discuss will include:
- Rubbish and or Cleaning Issues
- Major Building Works
- Anti Social Behaviour – including school children and nuisance neighbours etc
The meeting will also confirm the appointment of the 10 residents that have been put forward by the TRAs to represent you in the running of the JMB as Directors on the JMB Board.
