Geoff Willson, the JMB Human Resources officer, has died after a short illness.
John Paul Maytum, Chair of Leathermarket JMB, said:
“The JMB is an organisation driven by people who want to make a real difference to the quality of residents’ lives on our estates. At this sad time it is important that we recognise the contribution that Geoff gave to us and the people we serve.
“Geoff had been with the JMB since our very first day in 1996 and we have appreciated his work and tireless commitment over the last 13 years.
“Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. We will miss him.”
Geoff’s funeral will be held at St Benet’s Church, 31 Abbey Grove, Abbey Wood, SE2 9EU at 10am on Monday 20 April 2009.
