JMB Repairs service standard

When dealing with repairs to your home our maintenance team will:

  • Always carry Identity cards
  • Be suitably dressed
  • Be tactful and polite
  • Respect your privacy and personal belongings
  • Minimise disturbance to you in your home
  • Arrange with you for the use of any services required

 

How quickly will my repairs be done?

It depends on how urgent the work is, we will determined this on the time of the call with all the information you can provide and referring to the tenancy agreement.
There are four categories of repair each with its own target time.

  • Out of hours / Responsive repairs: 2 hours - 24 hours
    Please note that it may be necessary to make safe the works and arrange a follow-up appointment to carry out the required repair.
  • Urgent repairs: within 3 working days
  • Non-urgent repairs: within 15 working days
  • Low priority repairs: within 40 working days

 

 

Making sure you are happy with your repair

After we have completed the repairs we may contact you by telephone or send a satisfaction questionnaire. Please return this form to us in the stamped addressed envelope provided.
The feedback we receive is greatly welcomed.
