Ways to pay your rent

We offer a range of ways to make paying your rent as easy as possible.

The best and easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit - we prefer you to pay this way as it is easier for both you and us.

When you become a JMB tenant you will automatically receive an Allpay payment card within a few days. The card enables you to pay your rent at the post office and any shop which displays the Paypoint sign.  You can also use your card to pay your rent by telephone or the internet.
Unfortunately you cannot pay your rent at the JMB office.

Paying from your bank account

The easiest way to pay your rent is by setting up a direct debit from a bank account. Payments can then be transferred on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis to your JMB rent account. To set up a direct debit all you have to do is contact the JMB office and ask to speak to your Rent Officer or a member of the Finance Team.
You can also pay your rent using standing order. You will need to complete a mandate form (this is available at the JMB office).

Using your Allpay card

With your Allpay card you can pay at any Post Office or any shop which displays the Paypoint sign. Payments can take up to three days to be credited to your rent account.

Paying your rent on the telephone or internet

If you have a credit or debit card you can pay your rent by phoning 0844 557 8321 or you can go to the Allpay website at www.allpayments.net . You will need the details on your Allpay card to make payments.

Paying at a bank branch

You can pay your rent over the counter at any branch of Lloyds Bank. The nearest branches are at London Bridge and on Southwark Park Road.

Don't forget, however you pay your rent, don't forget that ALL payments should be made in advance
