Update for Home Owners, May 2010

The JMB held a meeting for home owners (leaseholders) on 11 May 2010 to discuss the services provided to home owners by the JMB and the obligations of home owners.
Following this meeting the JMB has updated this website to provide more information to home owners. This information includes:

- Information about the buildings insurance cover paid for by leaseholder service charges. Go to the buildings insurance page
- Information about the need for all residents to have contents insurance. Go to the contents insurance page
- A small update of the Leaseholder Q&A pages to reflect the new information about insurance
