Being a good neighbour

One of the best things about living on a JMB estate is the strength of our community and good. Whether you are a council tenant, leaseholder or you are renting a property from someone else,we want everyone to have quiet enjoyment of their home

It is easy to get on with your neighbours if you follow a few simple rules. Information on what we expect from good neighbours is available in the JMB leaflet 'How to be a good neighbour'

Noise

If your neighbour is being noisy the JMB ask that you make an initial polite approach to them. If the noise level does not reduce let us know.
