The role requires the creation and delivery of a reliable and high quality responsive repairs service complying with the JMB’s financial, operational and safety procedures. The role will include: procuring long term contracts; responsibility for managing both consultants and contractors; budget and fiduciary control; and the inspection, ordering and delivery of non-routine responsive repairs. The role may involve the management of a direct labour group which may include stock/tool control.
