Meeting for Home Owners/ Leaseholders,

Leathermarket JMB is holding an open meeting for homeowners (usually leaseholders)at Bermondsey Village Hall at 6:30pm on Wednesday 23 March 2011.

This meeting has been timed to give information to homeowners before they recieve this year's estimated service charge bills.

 

The JMB will report on:

• expenditure in the last year - and why the elements of the service charges will be changing as they do
• proposals for the JMB estates in the coming year - and how home owners can feed in to priorities
• responsibities of leaseholders

Members of the Southwark Council's Home Ownership Unit will also be present to answer any questions you have.

 

The meeting will try to address any general issues you have.
