Meeting for Home Owners/ Leaseholders,

Leathermarket JMB is holding an open meeting for homeowners (usually leaseholders)at Bermondsey Village Hall at 7pm on Tuesday 11 May 2010.

The JMB will report on:

• expenditure in the last year - and why the elements of the service charges have changed as they have
• proposals for the JMB estates in the coming year
• obligations of leaseholders

Members of the Southwark Council's Home Ownership Unit will also be present to answer any questions you have.
