Tenants and Residents Associations
There are five Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) areas in the JMB. Anyone can get involved in the TRA for their area.

Crosby, Lockyer & Hamilton TRA
Crosby, Lockyer & Hamilton TRA meets every month at the JMB offices at 26 Leathermarket Street, SE1 4ET.

Decima TRA meets on the last Monday of the month at 7pm in the Tenants' Hall at 7 Decima Street, SE1 4QR

Kipling TRA meets on the second Thursday of every month at 6.30pm in the

Bermondsey Street
Bermondsey Street have a Tenants and Residents group who meet informally at 6:30 on the first Thursday of the month at the JMB Office, 26 Leathermarket Street, SE13HN. As there was not a formally constituted TRA at the start of the year, the two JMB Directors for the Bermondsey Street area are currently directly elected.
